Longer holidays make employees better at work. Agree or disagree?

Nowadays, during the period of strong development in the world, the employee
remuneration policies of many companies are receiving a lot of attention. It is
believed that employees need a longer vacation to be more productive. On the
contrary, many people do not think so. In my perspective, I agree with the first
viewpoint.

There are several reasons to explain why longer holidays can make workers better
at work. First and foremost, vacations help employees reduce their stress, which
needs to be eliminated if one wants to improve the quality of working, after a cycle
of working-hard. In addition, the fierce competition to get a stable job also makes
employees feel uncomfortable about working continuously. Therefore, a longer
vacation means employees cannot only spend more time for their families, an
equally important factor in productivity at work but also themselves such as doing
exercise for better health or gaining more knowledge about their major, which
leads to great growth in their work. For example, workers in marketing department
in Vietnam have a tendency to produce magnificent performance in terms of great
advertisement idea when they are allowed to have more days off for vacation.

Secondly, having a long vacation policy will help the company increase its
impression on current employees and talented people looking for jobs. This greatly
affects human resources who have a direct impact on the sustainable development
of the business. If companies force employees to work overtime or cut their
vacation days, employees will gradually burnout and want to change to a better
working environment to deserve what they have created for the businesses.

In conclusion, companies will benefit from giving their workers longer holidays.
