Staff working from home.

Due to the busy office some workers find it difficult to focus on their tasks such as writing.
Working on a policy would make things run more smoothly within the company with other
colleagues.
Some concerns to be noted with working from home include insurance with health and safety.
some costs like providing computers to each worker although some members might already
have computers at home they can use.
Some benefits are more family time when working from home, less stressful environment to
work on big projects. The company is trying to become more flexible and family friendly and this
would just be an added benefit.
Action item: They are going to look into this further with all aspects in mind such as, cost,
insurance, what other companies are doing and then present this to the team at the next
meeting.
