Reminders For The Conduct of MCLE
1. The participant shall ensure reliable internet connection with the facility
for back-up connection to ensure continuous viewing of the program.
2. Only one (1) gadget login per participant shall be admitted and allowed
during the conduct of the activity to avoid confusion in checking the
attendance.
4. Please ensure that your names are in the prescribed format; otherwise,
the participant will not be admitted. Please click HERE to see your
Registration Number.
For further guidance in changing your Zoom Name, click the Zoom
User’s Guide-How to Change Display Name.
5. The participant shall be in the waiting room at least (10) minutes before
the start of the activity. You may log in from 8:30 – 8:50 am. We will
start at 8:45 am on Day 1 and 8:55 am on the succeeding days.
Note: Kindly type your questions in the chat box and make sure that it will be
sent to EVERYONE, so that the documentation team will be able to note
your questions. Given the limited time for the presentation, questions
will be addressed during the Q & A, 15 minutes before the end of the
lecture. The moderator will read the questions to the RP.
8. For all training-related concerns during the webinar, please send a direct
chat message to Ms. Genny Gutierrez (PDO – Gen).
10. The participant shall observe proper decorum and dress code while
attending the webinar. Professional decorum dictates that participants
in MCLE activities should DEVOTE full attention and extend due
respect to the lecturer. Please refrain from doing other activities
(e.g. sleeping, working, playing, using other gadgets, travelling,
exercising, and other activities that may disrupt your full attention from
the lecture) while attending the MCLE activity.
11. The participant must ensure that he/she is clearly visible on the screen
at all times for proper identification and verification of attendance.
12. The participant is prohibited from turning-off the video while the lecture
is on-going; absence of the participant from the screen for (15) fifteen
minutes or more may result in deduction of corresponding credit unit/s.
14. For Day 8, there will be short exercises for the topics, “Drafting of
Pleadings and Motions” and “Drafting of Decisions, Resolutions, and
Orders”. You may answer these ahead of time. There is no need to send
the answers to us because we will also ask you to answer them during
the webinar thru the polling feature of Zoom.
15. For questions and concerns, you may reach us through our email
address: mcle.coa@gmail.com.
