Subject: Complaint regarding poor network connectivity.

Respected Sir/ Madam,

With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you about the obstacles I am
facing due to your Internet provider cable having poorer quality the past few days,
notably since the 25th of February. Because of the internet only, I rely on them
for my research studies to complete my assignments and projects. Last Friday I was
unable to submit my research papers due time as I had to travel back and forth to
the cyber cafe just to submit the papers online.

I had already written a complaint and filed it to your office yet still received no
response nor did any of your workers come to fix it. I request you to kindly send
your employees to check and fix my Internet Connection as I'm already paying the
bills and looking after your customer's needs is your top priority. Thanking you.
