Dear Col. Paneda,

We hope this letter finds you well.

We are writing to formally request from your good office if we can use the following
vicinities: View Deck and Helipad for our Pre-Nuptial Shoot this coming April 27, 2024,
5:30AM.

We both agreed to have our pre-nuptial shoot in Gozar Air Station because we know that this
is the best place for us. We believe that this place will give us a deeper reason to care about
our marriage, especially every time we can go up here because we know that too many
people are forbidden in this place.

We also believe that through our pre-nuptial shoot we can show the beauty of Lubang even
more.

We hope you can grant our request. Also, please expect us to follow the rules that are here at
Gozar air station.
