1 PURPOSE
1.1 The purpose of the procedure is to describe the steps necessary to adequately plan
for the projects at NNF.

2 SCOPE
2.1 This procedure outlines the system for identifying the goals, Objectives, tasks,
resources, budget and timeline for the projects at NNF.

3 RESPONSIBILITY

3.1 It is the responsibility of Planning in charge to make sure that this procedure is
accurately and effectively implemented.
3.2 MR is responsible to Review, Revise and maintain this procedure.

Process-wise Compounding plan shall be given to Stores
Production also.
Previous day's Plan Vs Actual Status - shift-
wise for all processes shall be prepared and
submitted to plant head by individual
supervisors for review before 10AM
Prepare monthly
inspection plan in Handover shift-wise inspection plan to
line with concerned inspectors on previous day before
production plan - 5PM.
Quality Process-wise
Previous day's Plan Vs Actual Status - shift-
wise for all processes shall be prepared and
submitted to plant head by individual
inspectors for review before 10AM
