As per request, maintenance still hasn't reached the unit. It's already so delayed. I am afraid that
if maintenance does not take any action, the unit will suffer more damage.
And split the pipe. The resone is falling celling from upstairs onto the pipe.

And last time we visited the apartment on March 28, 2024, the unit still needs to be renovated
