AFFIDAVIT

I Abhisek Sahu aged about 27 years, S/o Padmanabha Sahu Residence of village- Patharapalli, Po
Athagadapatna, Ps K nagar, Dist Ganjam, Odisha do hereby bsolemnly affirm and sincerely state on
oath as follows.

1. That, I am the deponent of this affidavit.

2. That the ROR of mouza Pathrapalli vide khatian no. 94, pertaining to plot no. 180, 986,985 of
total extent area 1.37 Dml recorded in the name of my grandfather brundaban sahu.
3. That, I am enjoying the above mentioned property by paying land revenue to the Govt.
regularly.
4. That, the above lands are free from all encumbrances.
5. That, at present I have applied before Agriculture Dept. (OIIPCRA) to dig deep well in the
above mentioned land if any dispute arises I will be held responsible for that.
6. That, I swear this affidavit to be filed before the concerned authority of Agriculture Dept.
(OIIPCRA) for his/her satisfaction and do the needful.
7. That the facts stated above all are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
