College Principal (Bachelor's Program)


Position Title

The College Principal for the Bachelor's Program is a key leadership position responsible for

division. The principal plays a crucial role in maintaining academic excellence, fostering a conducive

Principal 1. Academic Leadership:

 Oversee student services, including counseling, career guidance, and extracurricular


activities, to enhance the overall student experience.

 Address student concerns and grievances promptly, maintaining open channels of


communication with students and student organizations.

3. Faculty and Staff Management:

 Recruit, hire, and evaluate faculty and staff members, ensuring a diverse and

 Represent the college in external forums and events to enhance its visibility and
reputation.

Qualifications  A doctoral degree or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field. (preferer)
