Enable \ Disable VPN

In King Saud Medical City (KSMC), we’re currently using F5 console for managing VPN access.
Users can access the network through VPN using this website.

As VPN Administrator, when we receive a request for enable VPN we need to make sure that
the profile is already created and it is allowed to access KSMC remotely.

To check the profile is created we go to Active Directory and search with the provided group
name.

To create\allow any VPN profile, the owner must provide few information regards who is going
to access remotely and the NDA document must be signed.
The requested info:

 Owner name
 Profile name
 Signed NDA
 Users
 Mobile number
 Public IP
 MAC address
 Login country
 Servers

If the owner did not provide all requested information, the owner need to have exception by
Cybersecurity team, otherwise, the profile will not be created or allowed.

The following steps describe how to enable an existed VPN profile:

1- Login to F5 with your credentials, then go to Access >> Profiles / Policies >> Access Policies
(Per-Session Policies)

2- Type NDA in the search bar, then click Search

3- Click Edit in the POLICY_VPN_OTP_NDA row.

4- Click Advanced Procedures Assign

5- Find the VPN group and click Change

6- Change the VPN access ending date manually, make sure to follow the date format and spaces,
then click Finished and click Save
