Adams National High School and Adam Central Elementary School will be joining the
“INtayon Aggatang” initiative of the Division of Ilocos Norte which presents an excellent
opportunity to highlight the local businesses and artisans of Adams on April 22-26, 2024. We
believe that featuring our homegrown products at such a prominent event not only promotes
economic growth within our community but also fosters a sense of pride and identity among
our residents.
We kindly request your assistance in transporting the merchandise of Adams,
particularly the local products, during the upcoming Region 1 Athletic Association Meet.
Although the event is on April 22nd, we request that the products be transported earlier on
April 19th so that they can be arranged in the booth and be ready for selling.

Thank you for consistently meeting the needs of our school.

Sincerely,

ARVIJOY C. ANDRES

However, the logistics of transportation pose a significant challenge for our dancers and
their chaperones. Due to budget constraints and limited resources, arranging transportation for
the group is quite difficult. Many of our students come from families with financial limitations,
making it challenging for them to afford transportation costs individually. As such, we are
reaching out to the local government to request assistance in this matter.

We kindly request the provision of transportation for the ANHS Malikat Dance Troupe
and their chaperones to and from the venue of the welcome program. This assistance would not
only alleviate the financial burden on our students and their families but also ensure their safe
and timely arrival at the event, thus allowing them to participate and contribute to its success
fully.
Thank you for consistently meeting the needs of our school.

Sincerely,

As we prepare to host the Region 1 Athletic Association (R1AA) meet on April 22-26,
2024, Adams National High School, together with Gabu National High School, will be
accommodating the delegation from Urdaneta Division. Therefore, I am writing to formally
request the use of five foam mattresses for single beds from the Rural Health Unit. These
mattresses are essential to ensure the comfort and well-being of the participants during the
event. The mattresses will be used exclusively for the duration of the event and will be
promptly returned upon its conclusion. We understand the importance of these mattresses to
the operations of the Rural Health Unit and assure you that they will be handled with the
utmost care.

We are fully committed to adhering to any terms or conditions set forth by the Rural
Health Unit regarding the usage and return of the mattresses. Furthermore, we are willing to
sign any necessary agreements or documents to formalize this arrangement.

Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. We greatly appreciate your
support in helping us ensure the success and comfort of the Region 1 Athletic Association
(R1AA) meet 2024.

Sincerely,

ARVIJOY C. ANDRES

Ma’am:

Magandang Buhay!
I am writing to request your permission for our immersion students to be excused from
their respective assigned departments due to their participation in the 2023 National
Achievement Test.

As you may be aware, the National Achievement Test is a crucial examination that
assesses the academic performance and proficiency of students on a national level.

In order to ensure that our immersion students can focus fully on their preparations and
perform to the best of their abilities, it is essential that they are granted some flexibility in their
academic commitments on the day of the examination. Therefore, I kindly request that you
excuse the following students from their duties in their respective assigned departments from
March 18-20,2024.

I assure you that they will catch up on any missed assignments or responsibilities
promptly upon their return.

Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

ARVIJOY C. ANDRES

As stated on the Republic Act No. 10473 Sec.1, declared the 5th day of October as
the National Teacher’s Day. The Department of Education in coordination with other
public agencies celebrates the Teachers Day Celebration with the theme, “Gurong
Pilipino, Dangal ng Sambayanang Pilipino,”. This celebration aims to honor the
greatness and dedication of teachers in helping Filipino youth to reach their dreams.
Furthermore, it aims to revitalize the image of respect for teaching as a vocation by
increasing public awareness on the value of teachers in the society. Moreover, the Supreme
Student Government of Adams National High School will spearhead a school-based
celebration of Teachers Day.

The SSG officers prepared activities like “Parangal 2022” coupled with game-
based activities for the teachers but our fund cannot shoulder all the expenses to be used
during the celebration and we have come to realize that a goodhearted person like you is the
right person to reach out to. With much hope and prayers, we humbly seek, therefore your
financial assistance for the realization of the said celebration.

The school believes that with your help, our Teacher’s Day celebration can be more
meaningful.

Thank you for your support to our organization.
