CECT KUB WITH UROGRAPHY

SCANOGRAM : Scanogram, taken in supine posture and frontal projection does not reveal any gross abnormality.

ADRENALS : They are normal in size, shape, outline, density and enhancement pattern.

KIDNEYS : They are normal in position, lie, size, shape, outline, density and parenchymal thickness--- showing normal nephrogram and
pyelogram. The PCS are normal.

URETERS : They are not dilated

URINARY BLADDER : It is optimally distended. The bladder wall is normal. No calculus or mass is seen.

PROSTATE and SEMINAL VESICLES : The prostatic density and enhancement is homogeneous.The prostatic outline is smooth. Seminal
vesicles are normal.

BOWEL : Non-dilated, thick-walled ileal type appendix is noted. Surronding fat plane is intact. No other abnormality is seen in bowel.

PERITONEAL CAVITY : No free fluid is seen in peritoneal cavity.

RETROPERITONEUM : No enlarged lymph node is seen. The great vessels of the abdomen are normal.

BONES and SOFT TISSUE : Bones and soft tissue are normal.

IMPRESSION : CT UROGRAPHY suggests chronic appendicitis.
