The salt spray tester is used to test the corrosion resistance of various materials after surface

treatment, including paint, electroplating, organic and inorganic coatings, anodizing, anti-rust oil, etc.,

so as to establish the quality of the product.

iv. Chamber Structure
1. Material
a. Chamber body: Light gray impact-resistant PVC board with a thickness of 5mm and a durable
temperature of 85°C. (Taiwan Nanya brand). The edge is surrounded by three-dimensional
reinforcement with a thickness of 10mm, and the structure is firm.
 b. The test chamber cover is sealed with transparent acrylic plate with a thickness of 5mm,
which will not be distorted and deformed when used at high temperatures. The inner and
outer edges are double-thickened to prevent distortion due to long-term high temperature.

c. Hidden integrated reagent refill bottle, easy to clean and easy to operate

e. The sample placement table is made of 8mm temperature-resistant ABS board, which has
strong load-bearing capacity. The test sample rack adopts a flat indexing type, and the angle
can be adjusted arbitrarily. The fog on all sides is uniform and the fog is completely consistent.
The test results are accurate and the number of test samples is large. (Can be customized
according to customer product requirements)
2. Spray System
a. Adopt Bernut's principle to absorb salt water and then atomize, the degree of atomization is
uniform, and there is no phenomenon of blocking crystallization, which can ensure the
standard of continuous testing
b. Nozzle: It is made of special glass nozzle, which can adjust the size and spray angle of spray
c. The spray volume is adjustable from 1 to 2ml/h (the ml/80cm2/h standard requires 16 hours
of testing to find the average volume). The metering cylinder adopts built-in installation,
beautiful and neat appearance, easy to observe, and reduces the installation space of the
instrument

3. Air Spray System
a. 1st Stage: Approx. 2Kg/cm2 with Air-Regulator

4. Heating System
a. The direct heating method is adopted, the heating speed is fast, and the standby time is
reduced. The temperature is automatically switched to the constant temperature state, the
temperature is accurate, and the power consumption is low. Pure titanium heating tube,
resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, long service life
5. Control System
a. Both the test chamber and the pressure barrel adopt the liquid crystal two-position
temperature controller with microcomputer automatic calculation function, and the control
error is ±1.0℃ (Japan 惠邦 2). The circuit board is treated with moisture-proof and anti-
corrosion, with high precision and long service life.
b. The heating tank in the laboratory adopts a liquid expansion safety temperature controller
 0～120℃ (EGO from Italy)
c. LCD digital display time controller, power-off memory function 0.1S～999hr (Japan OMRON)
d. Accumulated timer 0～99999hr (VEMER Italy)

v. Safety Fixtures
a. When the water level is low, the power supply is automatically cut off, and the safety warning light
device lights up.
b. When the temperature is over, the heater power is automatically cut off, and the safety warning
light device lights up.
c. When the reagent (salt water) water level is low, the safety warning light device lights up and gives
an alarm
d. Leakage protection function to prevent personal injury and instrument failure caused by line
leakage or short circuit

vi. Water Refill

Use automatic and manual water adding systems, automatically or manually replenish the water level of
the pressure tank and the laboratory to prevent water shortage and ultra-high temperature damage to
the instrument.

vii. Defogging System

Clear the salt mist in the test chamber during the test process and during shutdown to prevent corrosive

gas from flowing out and damaging other precision instruments in the test chamber
