RENT AGREEMENT

This Rent Agreement is executed at New Delhi on this day 01st Day of May, 2021

BETWEEN
Mrs. Poonam Rai W/O, SHRI Bashisht Narayan Rai residing at House Number 567, First floor,
Block B, Vikas Nagar, New Delhi – 110059, herein after called the ‘LESSOR’ (which expression
shall mean and include his successors, administrators, legal representatives, Assignees, etc).

AND

Mr. PRINCE KUMAR SINGH S/O, SHRI RAJESHWAR SINGH Permanent Address is Village –
Sadauvan, Post – Barauli, P.S - Sidhvalia, District – Gopalganj, Bihar – 841405, hereinafter
called the ‘LESSES’ (which expression shall mean and include successors, administrators,
legal representatives, Assignees etc).

Whereas the first party is the owner of House Number 567, First floor, Block B, Vikas Nagar,
New Delhi – 110059, to let out the said property to the second party of this agreement has
gardened the following terms and condition.

NOW THIS RENT AGREEMENT IS WITNESSED AS UNDER:

1. That the lessee will pay the rent @10,000/- (Ten thousand Rupees Only) per month.
2. That the second party will pay electricity bill as per sub meter reading.
3. That the tenant will pay the monthly rent on 07th day of each English calendar
month.
4. That the rent for the above said premises shall commence from -------- (Eleven
Month).
5. That either party can terminate this agreement by giving one-month advance notice
in writing to the other party.
6. That the tenant will use the said premises for his/her Residential Purpose only and
shall not allow any other person to share the premises in any case.
7. That the second party shall not carry out any structural alteration or addition in the
rented premises.
8. That the second party shall not sublet the premises or any part thereof or allow any
person to stay there.
9. That all the minor repair and usage of bulb and tubes shall be carried out by the
water supply pipes cracks in the walls or defects in the concealed electricity
wiring/sanitary fitting will be carried out by the second party.
10. That the terms and conditions of this agreement will be binding upon both the
parties.
11. That the lessee shall not sublet, assign or otherwise part with the possession of the
premises or any thereof without the prior written consent of the lessor.
12. That in case of renewal of this agreement, there will be an increase in the rent @10%
after 11th month.
13. That the said premise is in a good condition with all fitting and fixtures including fans,
tube lights, exhaust fans, etc. and the lessee shall be responsible to maintain it in the
same condition.
14. In case of any dispute the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Honorable
Court in Delhi/New Delhi only.

In witness whereof both the parties have put their hand on this agreement on the day,
month and year first above written in the presence of the following witnesses.
