The best practices I observed in teaching National


Best Practices Observed Reading program include considering learner’s need, setting
clear objectives, using different approaches like learning
experience approach, collaborative, game-based and inquiry-
based.

The challenge I encountered in teaching National


Reading program is the lack of discipline of pupils since I
handled 43 children in Green class, making too much noise
and not paying attention. I am doing the positive discipline
which is effective to them. Clear and consistent

Teaching reading can be approached in various ways,
such as role-playing, storytelling, incorporating fun and real-life
examples. Each approach offers unique styles benefits,
catering to different styles and facilitating a deeper
understanding of reading.
