TERMS & CONDITION

01. Registration will be done only after completion of full payment
02. The shareholder has to deposit the registration fee or charges within 15 days from the date of registration.
(Registration cost may vary as per government policy)
03. If the shareholder fails to pay installments for 3 consecutive months within the stipulated time, he / she will have
to pay additional installment rate of 3% per installment.

04. If the shareholder is unable to pay the installments or wants to cancel the ownership for any reason, he has to
apply to the company. Within three to six months of application, received from the customer without interest after
deducting the all charges calculated at 10% or Tk.10,000 (Ten Thousand) as per unit basis Whichever is higher of the
total deposited amount.
05. The unit of ownership is transferrable or donate by the customer as and when desired, however, the customer
shall first notify the company for the process of above mentioned immediately.
