ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN SCIENCE

I. Pupils Development
The opening of the classes for S.Y. 2022-2023 began last August 22, 2022. On that
day was the orientation, scheduling of classes and distribution of textbooks of Science were
done.
Administering Pre-test in Science III - VI
Preparation of class program to be signed by the Principal and District Supervisor,
updating the Teachers Profile and Organization of Yes-O officers (Youth for Environment in
School Organization)
Programs, projects and activities implemented by the Youth for Environment in
School Organization (YES-O) such as Waste Management Program, Segregation, Planting
flowering plants, clean and green surroundings, adopt a forest, and plastic free
environment.The school elected a new set of YES - O Officers ,Euri Jeoff D. Remol was
elected as the new School YES-O President and also elected as District YES-O Auditor.

II. Curriculum Development

Every school has Youth for Environment School Organization (YES-O) consultant in
Science.
First Periodical Test in Science was held Octobert 27 and 28, 2022, Second
Periodical Test in Science, January 26 and 27, 2023,Third Periodical Test in Science April
20 and 21.

III. Teacher Development

 Meeting of Science Coordinators was held in Cuyapo Central School headed by
Science Consultant Mrs.Loreta S. Moises
There was also Election of new officers in Science Area.
Submitted Registration form, overall officers, and Youth Environment in School
Organization (YES-O) officers from Grades IV-VI was submitted to District Science
Consultant, Mrs. Loreta S. Moises

IV. Physical Development

Schools within the District were repainted including their respective classrooms.
Every classroom has Science Corner where they post their current topics.
YES-O Officers lead in planting different flowering plants such as bougainvilla,
santan, gumamela,yellow bell, etc. to beautify the surroundings of the schools.They also
monitoring everyday the cleanlinerss of the surroundings involving proper waste
segregation.

V. Financial Development
The money collected as donation of YES - O officers used for school projects such
as making the YES-O bulletin board..
