SCRIPT FOR IN-DEPTH INTERVIEW

Good afternoon! (Name ng respondents), I am (your name) and I will be your interviewer,
together with me is (name ng kapartner). First of all, thank you for your willingness to
participate in our study. Second of all, we informed you that this interview will be recorded
through a jotting down of important details and of course, an audio recorder. Before we start
this interview, I will give some background of our study. Our study was entitled, “Road to
Readiness: Understanding the College Preparedness of Grade 12 STEM Students in Choosing
Their Specific Course”. This study aims to understand the factors that Grade 12 STEM
Students consider in assessing their readiness and in choosing their specific course.

Through this in-depth interview, you will be able to share us your experience that will serve
as our data for the objectives of this study. Rest assured that any information you’ll give will
be treated with utmost confidentiality and will be used in academic purposes only. Your
responses will be kept confidential, and your identity will remain anonymous. Ready na po ba
