Tenancy Addendum
1. The Tenant acknowledges of receiving the Unit’s in tidy and good Condition.
2. Both parties informed that Alpha Real Estate acts as a mediator or witness and bear no responsibility or any legal
consequences arising due to non-fulfilment in the Tenancy Contract signed by both (Landlord & Tenant).
3. This Short Term Contract is limited up to 2 months only, If the tenant which to continue for further new terms and
conditions will be applied.
4. Agency fees paid to Alpha Real State FZE for each tenancy agreement is not negotiable & non-refundable, also in case of
termination.
5. Tenant shall give 1week notice period for renewal/ vacating, Tenant will be charge for 1 week rent amount for not giving
notice.
6. Water, Electricity & Wifi in the Property will be included in the Rental unless otherwise agreed.
7. At the time of vacating, the tenant and the landlord (or the agency) shall carry out a joint inspection of the premises to
assess its condition of unit and furniture’s inside the unit. If any damages are found or necessary to repair, the landlord
reserves the right to deduct the cost of such expenses from the tenant’s security deposit for normal wear and tear.
