Dear Komal,
I am Suresh Chandra Pandey (Partner code- 65940) I am writing to discuss a matter regarding the recent delivery
schedule and the associated incentives.

On the morning of [Date], as per our standard procedure, I handed over the bags to the driver at 6:40 am for delivery
to the SMRD store. Following this, I proceeded with the delivery to the customer. Despite my best efforts, the delivery
was completed at 10 am, resulting in a delay.
although driver marcked bag delivery at 6:00 am but not give any cold bag bcoz 17 cold bag he deliverd at
DAILYFRESH STORE at south city after that he went there and pickup my cold bag from there and again give
to me at 6:40 am

I want to clarify that the delay was not due to any fault on my part. I followed all protocols and worked diligently to
ensure a swift delivery. However, unforeseen circumstances arose that led to the delay.

Given these circumstances, I kindly request that I receive the full incentive and bonus as outlined in our contract.
Additionally, considering the extra hours worked beyond the contracted delivery time of 8 am, I believe it is fair to
request additional compensation for the extended working hours.

I also want to highlight the importance of timely delivery and suggest that we explore ways to improve the efficiency of
our delivery process. For instance, aiming to deliver the bags to the SMRD store by 4 am could help mitigate potential
delays in the future.

I appreciate your understanding and prompt attention to this matter. Your support in resolving this issue and ensuring
fair compensation would be highly valued.
