MINUTES OF THE MEETING
(S.Y. 2021-2022)

The meeting was called by the School Head Teacher and School Math Leader of Sta.
Teresa 1st Elementary School, Ma’am Jhoann M. Vitug and Ma’am Charmaine Clarissa M.
Isip. It was held virtually via Google Meet and started at 10:30 in the morning which was
attended by Grades 1-6 teachers.

The meeting started with an opening prayer led by Ma’am Daisy M. Angusto, Grade
VI teacher, followed by a Makabayan Song presented by Ma’am Miriam G. Tiongco, Grade III
teacher. Food for thought was shared by Ma’am Lourdes G. Valencia, Grade IV teacher.

The means and ways of disseminating and administering the Project AN Test to our
Grades 1-6 learners were comprehensively discussed. The School Math Leader further talk
through the reports required to be submitted before November 8, 2021. Queries and
concerns of teachers on the proper administration and reproduction of assessment tools
were cleared by the School Head. The meeting was adjourned by 11:30 in the morning.
