Providing, mixing and placing in position R.C.C. design mix conforming to Grade
M25 of IS 456 : 2000 , Cement used shall be Ordinary Portland Cement Grade 53
conforming to IS:12269 (Cement 53 Grade - Ultratech, ACC, Ambuja, Lafarge,
Dalmia) with 20mm and down graded coarse aggregates in foundation (floor,
4 plinth beams etc.), foundations, walls (vertical/circular in Plan) and other cast-in- CuM.
situ works including vibrating, curing, addition of plasticizers with the dosing of
floor hardener (5Kg/Sqm) on the concrete surface completeion by trowel with
smooth finish, complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by
Owner/Consultant.

Providing and fixing clean, straight Plywood Shuttering, Curverd Plywood

Shuttering/ Steel Plate Shuttering for PCC/RCC work, i.e. foundations
(footings, raft, plinth beams etc.), equipment foundations, tank foundations, pits,
sumps, plinth beams, columns wherever necessary, including strutting,
5 scaffolding, bracing, forming chamfers, drip moulds, pockets, wedges, nails, SqM.
bracing, brackets with temporary working platforms & access systems, application
to sides of formwork with mould releasing agents of approved make etc., keeping
the same in position during concreting and removing afterwards as per
specifications & as directed by Owner/Consultant.
 Supplying, cleaning, straightening ,cutting, bending fabricating including wastage,
hooking, cold bending, placing and binding in position as per drawings. Thermo-
mechanically Treated (TMT) bars of Fe 500D (IS 1786- 2008) of SAIL, TISCO,
RINL, JSW make,of different diameters, of required sizes including handling and
transport complete for all RCC works such as columns, beams, lintels, tanks, ducts,

trenches, sumps, slabs, facias, etc. with GI binding wire of 18 SWG , as per
construction drawings, including welding wherever it is required for lapping the
steel , including providing PVC/ readymade cover blocks cover ,chairs of
appropriate size for placing the reinforcements in position and for maintaining the
cover specified and/or according to relevant IS.

Providing and constructing first class brick masonry in C.M. (1:4) in sub-
structure, including scaffolding, curing etc., for all depth complete as per
7 specifications, drawings & as directed by owner/ consultant. The rate includes CuM.
providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars at every third course
of masonry work. Bricks to be used of minimum crushing strength 35 Kg/cm2.

Providing and laying Jhonson endura make industrial heavy duty tiles of
30cmx30cmx2cm approved quality and make including cement mortar 1:3
8 bedding. Rate shall include for preparation surface, wastages, smooth joint, SqM.
cleaning and acid wash etc. complete with white cement, curing etc., complete as
per the specifications.

Providing and laying 12mm thick sand faced cement plaster; in one layer on
R.C.C. or masonry to all heights The first coat shall be 12mm in mortar of 1
cement : 4 sand by volume with Water proofing compound (Cementmix Plus -
Berger make) shall be added appropriately. Quoted rate shall be inclusive of

12mmx12mmx24 gauge at junction of masonry and concrete surfaces as directed
for use in interior and exterior plastering including cutting, wastage and overlaps,
providing H framed scaffolding, raking out of joints, mouldings including curing
etc., complete as per the specifications, drawings & as directed by
owner/consultant.

Providing two coats of paint on interior surfaces at all heights of wall and concrete
surfaces including cleaning, preparing the surface, applying primer - scraping by
10 sand paper - applying two coats of top coat using brush, scaffolding etc. SqM.
Note: All the Paint material shall be of Paint Brand - Berger Paints manufacture
only and shall be procured by contractor.
