RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR USING THE BINUS SCHOOL SIMPRUG

SPORTS HALL (for BINUS @ Senayan Students/Staff)


1. Designated Users: The sport hall is reserved exclusively for use by Binus @Senayan
Students and Staff.
2. Identification Requirement: All users must present their BINUSIAN ID Card (BINUSIAN
Flazz Card) for access.
3. Schedule & Timeslot:
• Every Thursday:
▪ 8th floor sports hall at 05:15 PM – 09:00 PM: Badminton
▪ 9th floor sports hall at 07:15 PM – 09:00 PM: Basketball & Futsal
4. Attire: Proper sportswear, including suitable footwear, must be worn by all participants
during activities in the sports hall.
5. Equipment: Users are responsible for bringing their own equipment, such as rackets,
balls, cones, jerseys, etc., as required for their chosen activity.
6. Behavior and Conduct:
a. Aggressive behavior, whether verbal or physical, is strictly prohibited.
b. Vandalism of any kind, whether intentional or accidental, is not tolerated and will
result in disciplinary action.
c. Users must follow instructions provided by sports hall staff and adhere to all posted
signs and regulations.
d. Users are responsible to handling the equipment and facilities in the sports hall with
care.
e. Any malfunctioning equipment or hazards should be reported immediately to the
sports hall staff.
7. Cleanliness and Hygiene
a. Users are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the sports hall and surrounding
areas.
b. Trash must be disposed of in designated bins, and users should refrain from spitting,
chewing gum, or eating within the sports hall to uphold hygiene standards.
8. Safety Guidelines: In the event of an emergency, users must follow evacuation
procedures as directed by staff.

NOTES: Failure to comply with any of these rules and regulations may result in suspension or
revocation of sports hall privileges.
