2. Proposal Guidelines and Requirements

 Proposal submitting deadline is 12/9/2023 (check section 5 Timeline).
 The proposal must be signed and approved by the company submitting the proposal.

3. Contract Terms
Libyana will negotiate contracting terms upon selection. All contracts are subject to review by
Libyana legal counsel, and the tender will be awarded to the bidder with the highest points in the
selection criteria. A P.O will be issued for the bidder which outlines terms, scope, price, and other
necessary items.

4. Purpose, And Description

4.1 Purpose
The purpose of this RFP is submitting an offer for:

 For new license:

o Renew VMware vSphere 8 Enterprise Plus license for 24 CPU.
o Renew VMware vCenter Server 8 Standard license for 2 INSTANCE(s).
o Upgrade and purchase Workstation 17 Pro.
o Purchase VMware Credits.
o Purchase Vmware Fusion 13 Pro.

* Questions and clarifications sent from different bidders will be shared with other bidders
(bidder info will be removed) along with the official answer from Libyana. if the bidder doesn’t
want the question/answer shared they should state that clearly in the email with reasons and
Libyana will evaluate and decide whether to consent to the request and notify the bidder. then
bidder will have the choice either to have question/answer shared or to cancel the request.
** During this time we may require any clarification Libyana will contact you via email only.

6. Selection Criteria
Bidders must be in compliance with terms listed in 4.2, Selection will be based technical
specifications, cost, and will be divided as follow:
