To: All 3rd Year Aeronautical Engineering Students

Dear All,

Please be informed that we will be having our last TPI Exams for the semester on November
22, 2023. Note that those who failed to pass TPI Level 1 last August or backed out will have
one last chance to retake the TPI before being considered for probation. Please do note that
we will now strictly implement NO TPI no clearance as the curriculum strictly specified that
TPI should be taken before going up to the 3rd year level. For conditional, you must also retake
the subjects you are deemed to retake together with the retakers.

Please find the academic break as a time to review for the upcoming TPI Exams as this was
announced way back when the results were out last August 2023.

In addition, please bring the following during the exam:


• Blue or black ballpen
• Pencil & Eraser
• Calculator (No borrowing of calculators)
• School ID or any other government ID if you lose your school ID.

In addition please observe the following during the exam:


• Cellphones or any mobile devices are not allowed and will be taken and put in a box
during the exam.
• You are not required to wear a uniform, but please dress appropriately. Wearing
shorts, tank tops (sando), and slippers is not allowed.
• Only writing materials, calculator, test sheet, and questionnaires will be allowed on
your table.
• You can bring water or candy but must be put in a transparent container (no label).
• You are not allowed to leave the exam venue until the examination time is over.
• Also please come on time as we will not extend your exam if you are late.
• We will strictly enforce NO ID NO EXAM POLICY. Your ID will serve as your exam
permit.

Failure in the TPI means that you shall undergo a month-long remedial in FEATI before
being cleared in the system for enrollment the following semester.
