 A competition arises and the demands got higher in the side of water resources
that challenge many countries in the world especially in England for sustainable
environment in our planet. From Environment Agency, the permits are very essential to
guarantee a responsible usage of water that highlights the objectives of having a
regulatory activities and detailed assessments in water resources. The main reason to
this regulation and assessments is to discover and govern the water quantities that may
not affect our environment in negative way. This process will control the innovative water
ideas or experimentation of removal to not harm and change entirely the environmental
factors and flow of nature, and promote sustainable development goals in maintaining a
bodies of water within the catchment areas.
In this research study, the researchers nurture a process, technique, or procedure that
may help to determine and evaluate when the use of water for natural vegetation and
agricultural irrigation is at its peak. This methodology makes use of step water balance
model everyday to track the past weather in the way of assessing the crop adaptation
and its environmental factors. The regulation and instruction that are made to set the
season or period to make the water abstraction. This guideline must be followed by
comparing the discovered data to the requirements of simulated water for irrigation,
pondering to the environmental comfortability of the different water resources. The
guidelines made by the methodology from the study proves that the guideline serves as
the empowerment of the regulatory authorities for the effective allocation of water
resources that may limit disadvantages to environment and promotes a positive impact
on both nature and human, and balance the sustainability and preservation of
environment with agricultural demands of people in the middle of global competition.
Moreover, it is very important to be aware of water scarcity within the specific country or
regions such as in England where some bodies of water are unstable. The method
pursued the risks of management of the water supply. When the global competition arises
and carrying its increased pressure, the revised, refined, and improved methodology will
help to cultivate and encourage the whole world for the practices of water management.
