a. To assess the level of implementation of the ELLN program.


b. To gather relevant data/information for enhancement and adjustment to strengthen the
implementation.
c. To determine the presence of the foundational reading and numeracy skills among K-3
learners
d. To institute a culture of reading in schools, communities, and various levels of governance in
DepEd.
