Guidelines and Event

Waves of Tradition
Event

Respect for others: We expect all attendees to treat each other with respect
and consideration.

Safety rules: The safety of our students is our top priority. Please follow all
safety guidelines and instructions provided by WSE staff members during the
event.

No alcohol or drugs: This is a drug and alcohol-free event. Please do not bring
or consume any alcohol or drugs on the premises. Should an attendee arrive to
the event seemingly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, they will not be
allowed to join.

Proper attire: Attendees must dress appropriately for the occasion. Bathing
suits are allowed. Please make sure they are modest and not inappropriately
revealing.

Hygiene: Wash up before entering the pool to maintain good hygiene


standards.

To bring: Sunscreen, hats, towel, swimwear, and extra pairs of clothes.

Environmental responsibility: Maintain a clean environment by using the trash


and recycling bins provided.

Attendees must arrange their personal belongings on their own. WSE and
Rupar Mandalar Resort will not be responsible for any loss or theft of
personal property.
1. Approach the coaches as soon as you arrive.
2. Make sure you received the wristband when you register and
must wear it throughout the entire time during the event.
3. We won’t allow anyone who is not wearing the wristband or a
swimsuit to join the party.
4. Guidelines in both English and Myanmar will be provided and
make sure you read carefully and sign the registration sheet.
5. Students must wear a swimsuit if he or she is joining the
event activities in the pool.
6. No public display of affection is allowed.
7. Students must take care of their own things.
8. Contact your coaches and teachers right away if something
unusual is happening.
“We won’t take any responsibilities before or after the pool party.”
