ELEGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1. The candidate’s date of birth must fall between 1st January, 2011 and 31st December, 2011, (both days inclusive),
to be eligible for Lower Nursery.
2. The Prescribed on-line Form must be FILLED IN CAPITAL LETTER and the following must be uploaded:
(a) (i)Municipality / Corporation Birth Certificate. (ii) Baptism Certificate (only for Christians).
(b)One passport size photograph each of thecandidate, father and mothertogether to be uploaded with the form.
(c) If the parent is an ex-student of La Martiniere, Kolkata, his / her School Leaving Certificate to be uploaded with
the form.
(d) In case of adopted child, all original papers and photo copies duly attested,must be produced during Interaction.

Kindly note that all photocopies of documents must be attested by a 1st Class Gazetted Officer or a Notary
Public.THESE WILL BE REQUIREDWITH ORIGINALS, AT THE TIME OF INTERACTION.

3. The online Application Forms for both schools will be available at:- www.lamartiniere.co from 18th
November 2013, 11:00 A.M. to 6thDecember 2013, 4:00 P.M.

telephonic or personal query shall be entertained.

9. INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION:-

A i. Only online application will be accepted.

ii. Submit only one application per candidate. Duplicate applications will be rejected.
iii. Complete all entries in Capital Letters (BLOCK LETTERS) only.
iv. The online application form is in three parts:(a) Pleasefill up the form in the first part and after successfully filling

up the form and submitting the same, (b) you will be given anUnique Reference Number, (c) this reference number
must be filled in the box provided, followed by uploading of the compressed (zip) file, which shall comprise of:

To successfully upload the zip file,please enter the Unique Reference Number in the area provided in the upload form.
(making of ZIP file: first select all photo’s jpg/jpeg files (applicant, applicant’s father and applicant’s mother) and all
certificate’s jpg/jpeg files (birth, baptism, school leaving certificate) altogether using “CRTL or SHIFT” key alongwith
click of the mouse over each file for multiple selection, click right button of the mouse and then click on “Add to
archive…”, give a name to Archive Name position, and choose Archive Format “ZIP”, then click OK).

B. Online Admission Procedure :

Step-1 : Fill up Application Form online and submit.Get anUnique Reference Number(Youmust have a valid E-mail ID).
Please check whether correct Name, Date of Birth and Other details have been entered before submitting as no
corrections will be allowed later on.

Step-2 :Enter your Unique Reference Number and Upload zip file.

Step-3 :Check status on 24th January 2014,11 a.m., by providing theUnique Reference Number at www.lamartiniere.co

No applications, through courier/speed post/registered post/ post/ hand delivery, will be entertained.
