this coming January 11 and 12 for the upcoming Triangular Meet.

Our group, consisting of several players is enthusiastic about engaging in a basketball activity, and we
believe that the court would be an ideal venue. We assure you that we will adhere to all the rules and
regulations governing the court’s usage and maintain the premises in a clean and orderly manner.

We understand the importance of responsible use and are committed to ensuring that our gathering
does not disrupt regular activities at the facility. Additionally, we are open to any guidelines or
restrictions you may have regarding the use of the basketball court.
