MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SESSION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF

SAN FERMIN, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA HELD ON April 12, 2017 AT THE
BARANGAY HALL.

Call to Order:
The Regular Session was called to order by the Honorable Victor H. Dy, Jr., presiding
officer at exactly 1:23 pm, opening prayer was delivered by SB member Julie C. Arcega,
followed by the singing of the national anthem conducted by SB member Eugenio C. Asirit, IV.

Roll Call:
With the majority of the Sangguniang Barangay members present, the barangay secretary
certified that the body will constitute legislative quorum.

Business of the Day

1. Committee Report

Weekly Immunization

Mrs. Jasmine Prestoza, the Barangay Nutrition Scholar, joined the regular session with
regards to the continuous holding of immunization activity being held at the barangay health
center. Thus, she was requesting from SB. Member Eugenio C. Asirit, IV, Committee chairman
on health and sanitation to spread the awareness about the said activity for the benefits of many
children and infants especially those who belonged to indigent.

Agenda:

1. Weekly Immunization

SB member Eugenio C. Asirit, IV, Committee Chairman on Health and Sanitation,

motion to the body to instruct their respective purok chairman to make an announcement
regarding the continuity of weekly immunization among children especially infants. It was
seconded by SB. Member Reynaldo F. Perez and unanimously approved by the body.
 2. Cleanliness and Sanitation

SB member Jonathan D. Adam, Committee Chairman on Clean and Green, appeal to the
body about the maintenance of cleanliness among the constituents of the barangay. It was
seconded by SB. Herbert C. Villegas and unanimously approved by the body.

There was no further business to be taken up, SB member Ronald S. Dagman, motioned
for the adjournment, the presiding officer adjourned at 4:32 pm.
