Ques 1 : What is the Fitelo warranty?

Fitelo warranty is a weight bounce-back protection

plan in which Fitelo will take care of your weight even
after your plan is over with us.
Ques 2 : How can I avail Fitelo
warranty?
You can avail Fitelo warranty by buying a Fitelo
weightloss plan for the duration 9 months and onwards
or disease management plan of the duration 6 months
and onwwards on the 9th of December 2022 and
onward (plans bought beforethe 9th of December 2022
do not include a fitelo warranty.
Ques 3 :What is included in the Fitelo
warranty?
Fitelo warranty will cover the Fitelo diet plan for the
next 5 years after the complete tenure of your Fitelo
plan it will cover 6 counselling sessions and 45 days of
diet that can be availed anytime in the next 5 years of
completion of your plan.
Ques 4 :How does the Fitelo
warranty works?
You have to keep on punching your weight in Fitelo app
on weekly basis for the next 5 years whenever you have
a major deflection in your body weight(2.5 kg or above)
your warranty plan will be activated to make you lose
that extra weight on an immediate basis.
Ques 4 :For how long I can avail
Fitelo warranty
You can avail of Fitelo warranty from the day of
completion of your plan till the next 5 years
Ques 5 :For how many days I will get
a diet after completion of my diet?
You can get up to 45 days of diet in the next 5 years
whenever you have gained weight.
Ques 6 :Do I have to reach out when I
see deflection in my weight?
No, as soon as the Fitelo app will detect the major
deflection in your weight, a representative from Fitelo
will reach out to schedule a counselling session and
start the diet plan so that you can lose the extra weight
immediately.
Ques 7 :What if I lose weight in just
15 days and am left with 30 days?
Even if you lose in 15 days you can still use the
remaining days in the tenure of 5 year
Example :
You gained 2.8 kg in April 2023 and availed of Fitelo
warranty for 15 days and lost all 2.8 kgs
Now you are left with 30 days and in 2024 you have
again gained 3 kg of weight that you can lose availing
next 15 days of the Fitelo warranty.

In 2027 you have gained 2.5 kg of weight that you can

lose by availing last 15 days of the Fitelo warranty.
Ques 8 :Why should I enrol in a 5-
year warranty? What is the benefit to
me?
Say your weight bounced back by 10kg in 1 year after
losing your weight; the same 10 kg is not gained
overnight you gained weight gradually but it went
unnoticed and the Fitelo warranty is a tech enable
feature in which your body weight is monitored for next
5 years even after of your plan is over
So that even if you have a small deflection in your
weight it will be captured by the app and immediate
action will be taken to make you balance the extra
weight
In short, Fitelo will keep an eye on your weight and your
habits so that it will not bounce back.
Ques 9 :Why does weight bounce
back?
In order to Lose weight you take very strict measures
like fasting and going on an extreme calorie deficit and
as soon as you come back to your normal eating habits
the weight is increased.
Example

Riya has lost 10 kgs in 6 months by following a diet with

a local dietitian but as soon as her plan is over her
dietitian is no longer looking after her. Slowly she
moved back to her old eating habits. Since no one is
looking after her and started to gain her weight back.
In such cases, the Fitelo app will keep on monitoring

Is this a guarantee your plan will not make me gain
weight again after I have lost?
No Fitelo warranty is not guarantee weight gain is
inevitable and that your weight can occur in the
following circumstances
1. In the occurrence of stressful events
2. Change of location
3. Imbalance deficiencies
4. Post pregnancy
5. Medical condition.
Ques 10 :Will I get my money back if
my weight is bounced back?
No Fitelo does not give you a guarantee of 0 bounce
back since maintaining weight is totally up to you and
varies form one individual to another but Fitelo will
immediately act on a deflection in weight for the next 5
years so that your weight remains stable.
Can I connect with Fitelo anytime in the next 5 years?
No the instant dietitian support that you get in a plan
will stop after completion of the tenure of the plan in
which you were involved but fitelo will provide you 6
counselling sessions and upto 45days of diet in case of
sudden deflection in weight.
Ques 11 :Why need a warranty?
You join a gym or you take a diet plan from a dietitian
as soon as your plan with them expires no one takes
care of you and you are on your on maintaining the
weight you have lost but fitelo will keep a track of your
weight for next 5 year so that your weight does not
bounce back.
Ques 12 :Is it like a maintenance diet?
No this is not a maintenance diet the objective of a
maintenance diet is to make your weight stable after
loss but the fitelo warranty covers the small deflection
in the weight which is not covered under maintenance.
Ques 13 :How can I make sure that
you are tracking my weight?
You have to keep on punching your weight in the fitelo
app to avail of this feature and you will disqualify for a
fitelo warranty if you do not punch your weight for
consecutive 2 months.
Ques 14 :What is the credibility of
fitelo? How can I be sure that you will
take care of me for the next 5 years?

Ques 15 :what if I don’t lose my
bounce-back weight in 45 days?
Our approach is to catch you early when you have
gained just a small weight so that bounce back is not
more than 2.5kg at one time so this possibility is almost
negligible that you can’t lose 2.5 kg in 45 days. Even if
you want to continue with us after 45 days we will treat
as our privileged and preferred customer and will give
your 20 per cent flat off on all the consecutive plans
you buy with us.
Ques 16 :I don’t want to share my
data or login details all the time/ do I
have to log in all my meal plans
No, you don’t have to punch a lot of data, we just want
you to share your current weight on a weekly basis.
Ques 17 :I am an existing client. Is the
Warranty applicable to me?

All clients who have taken a plan starting December 1,

2022 are applicable for Fitelo Warranty.
