As an initiative by one of our illustrious Alumnus, (1974 batch ECE), Dr. Ram S
Ramanujam, Board Member, Investor and Entrepreneur, US, a MoU has been signed between
NITT and Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), Chicago, US. As a part of MoU, the following
are the opportunities for the students of NITT:
a. Summer Internship/Research programs
b. Semester Study Abroad
c. Individual Research Partnership
d. Certificate/ Diploma course (6 to 12 Credits) in a particular specialisation
e. Joint Master Program
f. MS/PhD at IIT, US
In this regard to elaborate on the eligibility and funding opportunities, the following three
Alumni (1974 Batch) will be addressing the students on 6th April 2024 at 10.00 AM in the Barn
Hall:
1. Mr. G.Chandrasekar
2. Mr. Rajasekar
3. Mr. G.Prabhudhos

Interested students are instructed to attend the meeting without fail, to know more about the
opportunities and to get their doubts clarified on this new openings.
