Article title: Case Study on Impact of Conducting Appreciative Inquiry Intervention in a Management Institution

Abstract: The case study presents an analytical assessment of the effect of introduction of an appreciative inquiry
intervention in a reputed management institution of India. It describes the stages involved in organizing that
program and the background under which the need for such an initiative arose. In that program, diverse audience
groups from diverse experience backgrounds and positions has participated in the program which included some
senior authorities of the B-School, faculty members, placement team officials, and also the administration support
staff. Through this paper the author shares the experience of conducting an AI intervention in a management
institution and describes the implications of such an attempt on the productivity and also the progress of the
institution by changing the mentality and attitude of the participants towards positive. AI is one of the most
contemporary areas of interests for the facilitators and also the researchers. Since, there has been lack of evidence
of ample research and investigations done in this area on B-Schools, this case study would add up to the existing
literature of AI in the B-Schools environment. This paper could be regarded as one of the most unique attempts as
it tries to identify the plausibility of introducing an AI intervention in a B- School.
