 Recognize the layout of a letter; and
 Write a letter to ask for advice about a problem they can’t solve.

-T asks one of the SS to write the date on the BB.
20 minutes Pre-writing stage
Brainstorming: Setting the scene
-T raises SS motivation and awareness about the topic.
-T: Do you have any problems? => SS: Yes.
-T elicits and writes SS problems on the BB
