 Mail carrier
What do mail carriers do?
A Mail Carrier performs various tasks
related to the delivery and collection
of mail. They sort mail, load it onto
trucks or carry it by hand, travel along
planned routes, and deliver mail to
homes and businesses.
Astronaut
What do astronauts do?
Astronauts participate in scientific
experiments and research activities
while in space. They collect data,
perform experiments in microgravity
environments, and contribute to a
wide range of scientific disciplines,
such as biology, physics, astronomy,
and human physiology
 Teacher
What do teachers do?
Teachers create engaging lesson
plans that will educate students and
nurture an interest in education. They
can instruct in various subjects and
across different learning levels. They
assign and grade homework,
document progress and plan
instructional activities.
Food delivery driver
What do food delivery drivers do?
The responsibilities of a restaurant
delivery driver are to pick up food
from a restaurant, transport it across
a predetermined route, and deliver it
to the customer. Your duties also
include taking payment for the food
upon delivery.
 Nurse
What do nurses do?
Nurses work to promote health, prevent
disease, and help patients with illnesses.
When treating a patient, they observe,
assess, and record symptoms, reactions,
and progress. Nurses work alongside
doctors when it comes to treatment plans
and exams, administering medications,
and monitoring patient recovery.
Air hostess
What do air hostesses do?
Air hostesses welcome passengers,
check their tickets, direct them to
their seats and help them put their
hand luggage in the overhead storage
compartment. They make sure
passengers are seated, have stowed
their tray tables and fastened their
seatbelts before take-off.
 Firefighter
What do firefighters do?
A firefighter does more than put out fires.
That's just one of many things that a
firefighter does. Because as well as
extinguishing flames and saving people
from danger, a firefighter also helps with
hazardous materials, road traffic
incidents, medical emergencies, floods,
and even rescues cats in trees.
Chef
What do chefs do?
Chefs plan menus and order supplies.
Chefs and head cooks oversee the
daily food preparation at restaurants
and other places where food is
served. They direct kitchen staff and
handle any food-related concerns.
 Police officer
What do firefighters do?
Police officers perform a wide range of
duties, including patrolling assigned
areas, responding to emergency calls,
conducting investigations, making
arrests, and issuing citations or warnings
for violations of the law.
Judge
What do judges do?
Judges lead court proceedings, use
established laws and guidance to
determine sentencing, and rule on the
constitutionality of various laws and
legal precedents. We must ensure
that anyone who serves as a judge is
fair minded.
 Veterinarian
What do veterinarians do?
Veterinarians treat the injuries and
illnesses of pets and other animals with a
variety of medical equipment, including
surgical tools and x-ray and ultrasound
machines. They provide treatment for
animals that is similar to the services a
physician provides to humans.
Farmer
What do farmers do?
A Farmer manages farms, ranches,
greenhouses, nurseries, and other
agricultural production organizations.
Farmers are involved in planting,
cultivating, performing post-harvest
duties, overseeing livestock, and
supervising farm labor depending on
the type of farm.
 Doctor
What do doctors do?
A doctor is someone who is experienced
and certified to practice medicine to help
maintain or restore physical and mental
health. A doctor is tasked with interacting
with patients, diagnosing medical
problems and successfully treating
illness or injury. There are many specific
areas in the field of medicine that
students can study.
