10.1.4 Identification of the samples, including name and
location of the quarry, name or position of the ledge (if
applicable), date when each sample was taken, trade name of
stone, and the classification or grade of stone.
10.1.5 Stone type (as described by the sample provider, that
is, brownstone, granite, limestone, marble, slate, etc.).
