Hugo Fernrest has had a simple life with his


simple family in their simple tavern in the simple
town of Hawthorne. Everything about his life was
decidedly plain - except him. For years growing
up, he heard stories of excitement and adventure
from the brave travelers who passed through the
family inn. He yearned to one day grow up to be
just like them, carrying that desire into his adult
life. Even now, as he works under his father, he
hopes that one day his chance will come and that
he will be able to set out into the great wide world
and have his own adventure.
