I am a BSBA MM graduate with knowledge of both marketing and administrative work.

During the pandemic, I became part of one of the most well-known
bookkeeping/accounting firm . I started off my early career as a Junior MA, performed
several roles, such as assisting in the creation of marketing campaigns and monitoring
the results on a weekly basis.
In my role AS AN Administrative/Finance Head I performed full-cycle administrative
support, month-end close procedures, and financial reports as well as forecasting on a
monthly basis.

I AM FIT FOR THIS ROLE since I am a self-starter and can be left alone to complete tasks
diligently, and on time. I can also collaborate well with various teams by being respectful
of everyone’s opinions and contributions. Lastly, I am the best candi due to perfectionist
yet realistic side, because I set standards and pay close attention to the details and cuz
of that I always go the extra mile in order to produce the best output.

In that role, a major accomplishment I am most proud of was that I was able to reduce
the time spent on the usual month-end procedures by developing an excel model which
automated the liquidation processes, invoicing, and cash flow statements. This resulted
in a time savings of approximately 3 days per month.
2. Why do you want to work at this company?
Because it is important for me to work in an environment that allows me to grow. And I
can say that this is the place where I can learn valuable knowledge from experienced
and skilled colleagues, for me to be able to gain a solid foundation for the future. Before
I applied for this position, I looked into your company and I noticed that you have a set
of values that are strongly aligned with my own. You care about what you do, you are
ambitious, you have a vision and you take care of the people working for you. -
3. Why did you apply for this position?
I want this because this is the type of work I really enjoy doing therefore, getting this
position would mean that I am L2W. I also believe that this company can still do more
and be more in delivering its promise, therefore, I want to be that person who will take
the lead in finding ways to improve the image and provide a good financial position.
4. What are the roles of this position?
In this position, I expect that I would act as a leader in undertaking market research,
understanding the trends and customer preferences, create strategies and budgets and,
lastly is to perform all other necessary activities for increasing business’ sales.
5. Why should we hire you?
Because I will quickly ADD VALUE to the team given that I have relevant skills and
experience which makes me the best candidate for this job. I am a self-starter and can
be left alone to complete tasks diligently, and on time. I am the type of person who
brings a positive attitude to the workplace that would easily rub off on my co-workers
for us to practice synergy and balance. In this way, I take responsibility for my own

6. What is your expected salary?
With my strong track-record and the skillset that I have, I am expecting a reasonable
salary that would equate to the value that I will be adding to the company and the
amount of work that I’ll be performing in this role.
7. What skills or qualifications do you possess that are uniquely suited to the
position/ why are you the best person for the job?
Based on what I’ve mentioned and in my resume, I have an experience with
administrative/finance and marketing work for a few years, which I believe has honed
my skills in creative problem solving approach whilst embracing change enthusiastically.
I am the best person for the job because I can bring drive, passion for this industry, and
the ability to always treat your clients and customers in a way that will ensure they
become long-term advocates of the business.
8. Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
In the next few years, I see myself becoming be a true expert and master at my role in
this company. In that position, I plan to really immerse myself by possessing all the
necessary skills such as leadership, data analysis, market analysis, strategizing and
technical skills. With all that, I can get to know the ins and outs of the industry and look
for opportunities to make the team and the entire department reach its maximum
capacity.
9. How did you hear about this position?
I heard about an opening through a friend of a friend, and when I did my research on the
vacant position, I decided it would be a great role for me to apply for.
10. What are your strengths?
My strengths include the fact that I am commercially aware, which means that I will
always work hard to help your company achieve its aims. I am the type of person who

11. What do you consider to be your weakness?
 In situations where there’s a deadline to be met, I tend to want things to be done as
quickly as possible and efficiently. This has made me appear to be impatient in front of
others because I have the attitude to always want to keep tabs on my co-worker. Later
on, I realized that it’s not healthy so I practiced having weekly meetings where everyone
comes to me with their updates and that has led to greater efficiency for everyone
involved.
12. What did you learn as a ADMIN/FINANCE?
ADMIN – I learned that it takes a lot of skills to be able to fulfill all the duties and
responsibilities of being an ADMIN head. I have also learned how important accountability is
in the workplace since it is one of the main ingredients in producing the best output while
being mindful and aware of the situation, owning the problem and finding solutions in order
to make things happen.
JMA = In that position, I was somehow exposed to the real-world where only few people
value our jobs since others think that marketing is all about posting and sharing on social
media. But it is more than those channels, it takes a lot of effort and time to develop an
effective campaign just to ensure that all of the resources are maximized. There is a
huge shoes to fill in since it is about creating an overarching image that represents the
brand in a positive light.
