I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to discuss the recent notice of an
Extension of Lease with a 10% increase for the space I lease at 2/F, 2K-7, San
Lorenzo Place Mall.

I acknowledge that expenses may increase with time, and it is fair that you would
modify the rent in accordance with your policies. But right now with my business, I'm
in a difficult circumstance. I've tried my hardest, but I've never been able to regularly
make my daily revenue goal. Rent increases would put a heavy load on my already
precarious financial status.

I respectfully ask that you take these conditions into consideration when deciding
whether to increase the rent on my leased space. I think it is advantageous for both
parties to keep a steady and happy relationship going.

When it is convenient for you, I would be willing to talk more about this. I appreciate
your thought and understanding.
