JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO (2) DISINTERESTED

PERSONS
We, JONEL B. TANDEJON and EDWIN M. DINOT, of legal ages, Filipino
citizens, and both a residents of Bacusanon, Pangantucan, Bukidnon, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say:

1. That we personally know RONNEL S. SAPLINA who was born on March

29, 1988 at Dominorog, Talakag, Bukidnon;

2. That the fact of his Birth Certificate was duly registered in the Local Civil
Registry of Talakag, Bukidnon, however an erroneous entry was made on
his Certificate of Marriage wherein his date of birth appeared as MARCH
29, 1989;

3. That the correct entry should be MARCH 29, 1988;

4. That the dates of birth MARCH 29, 1989 and MARCH 29, 1988, which is
the correct entry, refers to one and the same birth date of RONNEL S.
SAPLINA;

5. That we know these facts because we are close friends and neighbors for
a long period of time;

6. That we are not related with the above-named person either by

consanguinity or affinity nor interested with their affairs;

7. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing facts; to explain the existing discrepancy between his Certificate
of Live Birth and his Certificate of Marriage; and for whatever worth this
may serve best.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this 5th

day of December, 2023 at Pangantucan, Bukidnon, Philippines.
