Steps in determining GI Roofing Sheets:

1. Determine the length of purlins along the gutter line
2. Divide the length by the effective width covering. The result is the
number of sheets in one row.
3. Determine the length of the rafter or top chord. Choose the right
combination of roofing sheets.
4. Multiply the result in step 2 in step 3.

c. Longspan Color Roofs
Long span pre-painted roofing sheets are also
available on special order. It has various designs
(rib type, corrugated, tile span, etc.) and
thickness (0.4, 0.5, 0.6mm, etc.). The nominal
width and effective width also varies depending
upon its manufacturer. And its price either per
meter length or per foot.

Steps in computing Longspan Colored Roofing Sheets:

1. Choose your desired colored roofing sheet design and verify its
effective length.
2. Determine the length of purlins along the gutter line.
3. Divide the length by the effective width covering. The result is the
number of sheets in one row.
