Epson i3200 A1 /dx5/dx7 水性喷头清洗说明

1， 用注射器把喷头里面的残墨打空
Empty the residual ink in the nozzle with a syringe；

2， 再用进口小蓝瓶冲洗，如果冲洗不开，就把小蓝瓶清洗液注入喷头，把喷头放
在无尘布上，泡上一个小时左右，爱普生五代头七代最长可以浸泡 0.5-1 个小时，
工业头最长可以浸泡 3-5 小时（本清洗液温和不伤喷头，浸泡可以慢慢溶解喷孔
里面的顽固墨垢），然后用棉棒沾一些清洗液来回擦几十下喷孔，再用小蓝瓶
冲洗一下看效果

Using this cleaner to wash print heads. If the washing effect not good, the heads can not
recover, we can inject the small amount cleaning solution into the print heads. Put the
heads on the lint-free wiper and soak it for about an hour. The longest soaking time of the
DX5 and dx7 heads is 0.5-1 hours, The industrial heads can be soaked for 3-5 hours at
most (this cleaning solution is mild and does not damage the heads, and the soaking can
slowly remove the drying ink on the print heads surface), then use a cotton stick to dip
some cleaning solution to wipe the print heads nozzles back and forth for a few times, and
then use this clearer to clean again and see the effect.

3,把 epson 原装保湿液注入喷孔，作为过渡，防止清洗液和墨水反应堵塞喷孔。

Put the original Epson heads moisture liquid into the print heads, and clean the heads, to
avoid the clearer react with the ink to block the heads.

请注意：清洗喷头的时候力度不要太大，尤其是 dx5, dx7。

ATTENTION: please clean the heads very gently. Specially for DX5, DX7.
