The Role of Own Capital and Loan Capital on MSME Performance in Madiun.
The increasing performance of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium
Enterprises) is hit by various obstacles in facing competition. The lack of capital
owned by SMEs is a challenge and an obstacle currently faced. SMEs face
difficulties in obtaining loan capital because they do not have enough wealth to
meet the loan requirements at financial institutions. In order to overcome this
problem the government issued a people's business credit program with the
program expected to be able to help SMEs to increase their business capital,
thereby increasing their performance. This study aims to determine the significant
effect between own capital and loan capital on the performance of MSMEs in
Madiun. The population in this study was 1,041 SMEs in Madiun. The results of
this study prove that: (1) There is a positive influence between Own Capital on
MSME Performance in Madiun; (2) There is a positive influence between Loan
Capital (KUR) on the performance of MSMEs in Madiun; (3) There is a
simultaneous influence between Own Capital and Loan Capital (KUR) on MSME
Performance in Madiun.
