Subject: To request the Irrigators Association to participate in the Clean-up

Drive Activity in Barangays Rang-ay and Diamantina.

During the regular monitoring routine conducted by the Municipal Environment and
Natural Resources Office, it has come to our attention that there is a significant
accumulation of garbage piled along the streets and irrigation in barangays Rang-ay
and Diamantina. With our effort to address these concerns, we planned to conduct
clean-up drive activity on the identified sites.
The clean-up drive will be spearheaded by the Barangay Officials and the Municipal
Environment and Natural Resources Office on February 10, 2024, aimed at addressing
the issue of garbage accumulation in our waterways within Barangays Rang-ay and
Diamantina, with the aim of mobilizing volunteers to remove accumulated garbage
from our waterways.
In this regard, we kindly request your good office to mobilize the Irrigators Association
in Barangays Rang-ay and Diamantina to actively participate in this clean-up drive by
encouraging your members to volunteer their time and resources. Your involvement
will not only contribute to the success of the initiative but also demonstrate our
shared commitment to preserving our environment for future generations.
