We are the United Architects of the Philippines Student Auxiliary - Lyceum Northwestern University
(UAPSA-LNU) Chapter, a bonafide auxiliary of the UAPSA National HQ, and the Official Student
Council of the LNU College of Architecture.

We are writing this letter to humbly ask for your permission for us to be able to utilize one of the
walls along Amado Street, which is within your political jurisdiction, for our mural painting activity to
be conducted tentatively on December 6 , 2023 － a part of our chapter’s 3-day celebration of this
year’s National Architecture Week, with the theme “Sigaw Ng Alon: Soaring Beyond the
Boundaries of Architecture”.

The aforementioned activity is annually conducted by our College to create a sense of

community, convey the importance of architecture to our society, and make a visual statement in
connection to the event’s theme, thus, showcasing the students’ artistic skills while, at the same
time, beautifying the chosen space i.e a part of the Amado Street this year if you allow us to do so.
