III. IMPACT OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS

School operations were very satisfactory, and stakeholders were very much
satisfied with transparent management of the school fund, with the improvement
they have observed and for this reason very eager stakeholders are very much eager
to support the school programs and projects. With the aid of the internal stakeholders’
targets for this month were accomplished. Teachers were modeled to teach, share
their talents, skills and do more classrooms improvement. Learners were inspired to
attend their classes and at the same time motivated to participate.

IV. POLICY RECOMMENDATION

DepEd programs and project be fully implemented to increase learners’
performance and uplift the morale of teachers and learners. Teachers should conduct
regular monitoring of learners, RRE, and Learning Assessment.
Teachers appeal for a lesser report that are submitted promptly especially
redundant data needed, like those that are already found in the PROMEDS to have
ample time for the home visitation that is very crucial this time since most learners
reading ability is deteriorating.

Teachers appeal for a lesser report that are submitted promptly especially
redundant data needed by higher offices. Time spent on accomplishing repeatedly
asked report lessen teachers actual teaching hours. This could be utilized to give extra
attention to the prevailing problem on the reading level of our children in school.
