Dear TM Atienza,

First of all, I want to express my gratitude to all of the IBEX members who have impacted my life,
especially Walmart employees. I will always be grateful to those who encouraged me to become
an agent, in spite of my flaws and errors. You gave me advice and encouraged me to keep going.

As the days, weeks, and months of my time at IBEX went by, I began to believe that I lacked the
necessary skills to be a Walmart agent. It is with great shame that I submitted my resignation
for customer service at Walmart effective March 18, 2024, in order to pursue my unfulfilled
ambition of becoming a licensed civil engineer.

Regarding my resignation, I kindly ask for your consideration. I'm going to keep chasing my
broken aspirations, so please respect and support that. In the final days of employment, I pledge
to do everything within my power to make the last four weeks enjoyable for the company.

Once more, I want to express my gratitude for having IBEX in this phase of my life. I will always
be grateful for the support and enjoyment I received from each and every one of you.
