This project will target the children in the orphanage of the Research and Study Center for
children, located in the Talon-Talon DSWD. Specifically it will focus on the elementary children
ranging from Grade 1 to Grade 6.
This proposal outlines an approach to engage children in reading adventures that combine
entertainment, education, and personalization. Through the creation of an inviting and
interactive reading environment, we aim to cultivate a lifelong love for books and enhance
reading comprehension. This project's key components include storytelling sessions, and the
integration of modern technology to make reading more appealing to today's tech-savvy youth.
The project also emphasizes the importance of recognizing that children's reading habits are
significantly important to achieve this, we plan to and provide resources to support the Research
and Study Center for Children in fostering a reading-friendly atmosphere at the orphanage.
Additionally, "Empowering Tomorrow's Readers” strives to empower young learners with the
tools and passion they need to become proficient readers and lifelong book enthusiasts. By
promoting the joy of reading, enhancing comprehension skills, and engaging children in this
literary journey, this project will have a profound and lasting impact on the intellectual
