Price Validity Prices are valid for 03 days only. Product prices are linked
with USD-PKR
Dollar rate applicable on the day of sale is pkr.
Payment Terms Delivery timeline: Within 7 days
Payment terms: 80% Advance 20% After Installation
NOTE: Without any Tax
Delivery Time As per delivery timeline and payment terms accepted by
customer.

Operation & 2 years free-of-cost O&M service from NOC. Client will be
Maintenance charged for O&M at site and NOC.

Net Metering Power solution will assist in Net Metering enablement process.
Note: It will be applicable as per the laws of NEPRA and local
disco. This is.an additional service for customer support.
Timeline for net metering to be operational depends on the
DISCO/ NEPRA approvals,Sanction Load, AC Wire & Name
of Change it does not fall under Power Solution scope of work.
Relocation of System Client will be charged for relocation of system from one site to
another, as per actual
Order reversal Within 30 days: Advance payment will be refunded back.
After 30 days: Advance payment will be non-refundable.

Operations and Maintenance

(O&M)
The solar photovoltaic system will perform best when there is simple and periodic
maintenance tasks carried out to ensure safe, efficient and reliable operation.

Solar Modules
To increase the average output, solar panels should be cleaned at least twice in a week if
environment is dusty.
Following considerations must be followed when cleaning the solar panels:
Solar panel should be cleaned at dawn or at dusk, to ensure optimum operation of the
solar panel during daytime hours and accurate energy generation metering.
Moist cloth or a sponge with rod should be used to clean solar panels evenly.
Gloves should be worn while cleaning to avoid any cuts from sharp edges of solar
panel frames or structural steel
. Do not splash water on solar panels, as water spots maybe stay on surface of glass and
reduce solar panel efficiency. Be sure to evenly clean the surface.
Do not use commercial or industrial grade cleaning agents. If required, use a mild
soapy mixture to clean hardened spots or superficial debris.
Viper with enhancement rod should be used to clean panels if installed at heights that
are not readily accessible.
Keep yourself at a reasonable distance from the safety railings while cleaning to avoid
any dizziness felt, if installed at heights.

Inverter and BOS (Balance of System) Components

There is little to no maintenance required for these components on part of the system
owner as Power solution NOC personnel are constantly monitoring them for performance
and safety. However, it should be noted that no tampering, modifications, or unauthorized
changes to the system hardware, software and/or installation is permitted without prior
consent and communication to Power solution technicians.
The commercial terms of the O&M agreement are listed in the commercial proposal’s
section ‘Terms and Conditions’.

Environmental Impact
Power Solution commitment to the environment and sustainability considers your
system’s contributions to actively saving the fragile ecology and climate of the
planet – the only home we have even known. A generation of 48.76MWh/year
(48,764 kWh) is equivalent to displacing 13.5 tons CO2/ year.
Net Metering
Power Solution will facilitate the entire Net Metering process- after Net Metering has
been activated, any excess energy produced by the solar system, due to low demand on
public holidays, will be sold back to DISCO resulting in reduced net consumption from
the grid.
